The New Slopeside - Coming Soon
Ideally located at the base of Powderhorn Mountain Resort, adjacent to the high speed quad lift Flat Top Flyer, Slopeside offers opportunities for recreation, relaxation, and convenience not found elsewhere in Western Colorado. Powered by solar energy, expansive views of the Grand Mesa and surrounding valleys, modern accommodation for purchase and rent, Slopeside will offer unparalleled year round lifestyles. Diverse and world class amenities to provide comfort and luxury to residents include dining and shopping, fitness, relaxation and access to landscapes without limit.
Currently the new Slopeside is in design development with Kaart's experienced team. More information will be provided as it becomes publicly available. In the meantime, the older facilities are available for community use for multiple years more.
Restaurant & Bar
The classic restaurant space features a generous outdoor patio adjacent to the Flat Top Flyer quad lift. Its full commercial kitchen is equipped with stoves, refrigerators, wash sinks and two walk in freezers. The dining room has unique wood architectural pillars and windows overlooking Powderhorn Ski Resort. A small bar area is situated to the side fully equipped for private conversations and beverages. Restaurant will be open for the 2023/24 ski season and a variety of events throughout 2023.
Slopeside Lodge
What once was a small quaint inn attached to the restaurant, has now been transformed into studio apartments and enjoyable hotel rooms. The 15 individual rooms are each decorated to provide a simple space for tenants to relax and enjoy their outdoor adventures. Room options can accommodate 2-4 people, with a variety of queen size beds, bunkbeds and lounge areas. Rooms can be rented nightly, weekly, monthly or for an entire ski and/or summer season. Ski In / Ski Out Condo
Tastefully decorated and conveniently located with a ski lift right outside the door, this 3 bedroom 4 bath mountain condo is available for your next adventure. Enjoy mountain biking though the aspen groves, frisbee golf or nature walks. Gear up for downhill skiing within feet of your accommodation or ride the lift to view the magnificent fall colors on the Grand Mesa. The condo can be rented through Airbnb.
Ski Lockers
Don't haul your skis to the car after you float through powder all day! Ski lockers with lift parking are available for annual pass holders at Slopeside. Keep your boots warm, your skis available and avoid the crowds in the lower parking lots. Annual passes are available.
All lockers are rented for the 2022/23 ski season. Please enquire about 2023/24 season pricing and availability early for the 2023/24 ski season.
Alt Space Coworking
Don't miss a powder day because you have a meeting scheduled. Alt Space Coworking has space for up to 3 workers in a separate room for privacy and focus on work projects. The space provides comfortable desks and chairs, high speed wireless internet and is within steps to the Flat Top Flyer ski lift at Powderhorn.
